Introduction
These Terms govern your use of Zethy Studio’s website and services. By engaging with us, you agree to these conditions.
Services
We provide design, software development, DevOps, analytics, and product engineering services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual proposals or agreements.
Client Responsibilities
– Provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback.
– Supply necessary assets (content, access, credentials).
– Ensure all assets provided are licensed or owned.
– Make payments on time according to agreed schedules.
What You Cannot Do
– Misuse our services or intellectual property.
– Share confidential project information without permission.
– Use our work for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes.
Ownership
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, final deliverables belong to the client upon full payment. Zethy Studio retains ownership of internal tools, frameworks, and non-exclusive components used to build the project.
Payments & Refunds
Payments are due as per the agreed schedule. Due to the nature of design and software work, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
Security & Reliability
We follow best practices to build secure systems but cannot guarantee absolute protection against all cyber threats.
Liability
Zethy Studio is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, system outages caused by third-party providers, or misuse of the product beyond agreed scope.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Work done up to the termination date must be paid for.
Legal Entity
All engagements are handled under: Wasabibytes LLP, Hyderabad, India.
